Welcome to the Terms of Service for PoolMoney which is a collaborative financial platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Protect the security of their account credentials(e.g Username and password)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment Processing

All financial transactions on PoolMoney are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a deposit, you authorize us to charge the designated amount.

Deposit amounts are fixed per pool and cannot be modified once a pool is created.

Service Fees

PoolMoney charges a 10% service fee on all pools to maintain our platform. This fee is deducted from the total pool amount before distribution to the winner.

Pool With One Member

Pools that have less than two participants (only creator) by the end of their duration all contributions will be sent back to creator with service fee deducted.

Withdraw

Payouts to winners are processed within 24 hours of pool completion. Winners will receive notification in their PoolMoney account .

By participating, you acknowledge that you may not win and that your deposited money is not refundable once you have joined a pool.

Users must not:

• Use PoolMoney for illegal activities, including money laundering
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate pool outcomes
• Harass or mislead other users

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Legal Status

PoolMoney operates as a prize-based pool system and not as gambling. However, users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

Tax Obligations

Winners are solely responsible for any tax liabilities associated with their winnings. PoolMoney may provide tax documentation where required by law but does not offer tax advice.

PoolMoney provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not responsible for delays or failures in performance beyond our reasonable control.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PoolMoney shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Malawi.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action. Any arbitration will be conducted in English and governed by the laws of Malawi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

PoolMoney reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We may or may not notify users of significant changes to the platform. Your continued use of PoolMoney after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
